There is a lot of attention in Yoga to making sure that the technique is correct. Yet there are so many ways of doing the various asanas.
I just realized the correct tecknique is in paying complete attention to what you are doing with your body.... completely withdraw from the outside world....
Now one becomes AWARE....
The magic wand tht leads to enlightenment....
Complete awareness of ones body and mind... at all times....
So often mentioned..... so little understood....

Now if only I could do it too.....  LOL

Lets practice again.....
I guess it can't be rushed....... sorry.

I'm realising that I persieve more... often after I have acted... have not yet acquired the control to stop the automatic resonse to things or events....
There is so much need for kindness....  just to let things go and not harbour anger, forgive with no resentment or even the memory of the event forgiven.
So much work to do.. so little time...
 But we will not stop walking.....  :)

Its been a while, keep forgetting the password...lol.
The work continues, the path is long... but worthwhile. Small steps every day... not always in the same direction. The journey perhaps is more important.... than the goal.
Everything is a lesson, a new way to look and think about things, perhaps a better way to do something. A little less hurtful to someone....

The walk continues. The path is well worn, the Masters have left tracks for us to follow.

I realise I'm collecting a lot, reading a little, and practicing even less. The work must all be done in my head, a lot of things have to change..... to make me a better person. Tomorrow I must be better than I was today.

The Quest began a few years ago... it had been dormant for a long time. It was rekindled when I ran into some work  by Osho. It led to other materials and now its a constant work in progress. This too is part of it. All I have to say is keep walking and enjoy the journey.
